Official Terms and Conditions of the 4dgang Platform

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 4dgang ("Platform", "We" or "Company"), which governs access to and use of the website 4dgang, including all services, features, content, and games offered through this platform.

10 Account Closure & Termination

Whether by the member themselves or by 4dgang, the account may be closed or suspended under the following circumstances:

• Before closure, any remaining fund balance (subject to withdrawal conditions being met) will be processed and returned to you.

Closure by 4dgang:
